An overview of general TRI reporting, this presentation will be designed to educate attendees on critical elements of the TRI reporting process, from reporting applicability and threshold determinations to report submittal using EPA’s Toxic Release Inventory Made Easy (“TRI-MEweb”) web portal. Topics will include: regulatory overview, reporting applicability, threshold determinations, special chemicals and/or reporting instances, report submittal, and what happens to the data after submittal.
