Kyle Lapic is a Senior Scientist at Montrose Environmental. He is a project manager with 12 years of management experience with federal, municipal, and private clients related to environmental projects. In recent years, Kyle has had extensive project management experience for NAVFAC SE. His experience includes conducting field work at over 2,000 satellite accumulation areas and <90-day areas to characterize waste streams at the point of generation. He characterized suspect and known hazardous waste streams and performed waste stream sampling and analysis, development of waste stream profiles, reporting, and data entry into Navy environmental data management systems. Kyle helped develop and implement electronic database and management systems for incorporation into the Navy's hazardous materials management systems. Prior to his consulting experience Kyle worked in the hazardous waste management field were he was the regional Operations Manager for a permitted Part B Treatment Storage Disposal Facility (TSDF). He also worked as the Environmental Transportation Safety and Compliance Specialist in charge of all environmental, safety and transportation programs for the Fort Lauderdale used oil recycling plant and Orlando TSDF facility. Kyle developed health and safety programs, job hazard analyses, and standard operating procedures.
