Title V Supervisor

Nicholas Dummer, P.E. works in the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Air Pollution Control Division as a supervisor in the Title V permitting unit. Nicholas has worked in air for over a decade, currently in Title V permitting, and previously in ambient air quality monitoring. He has participated in environmental justice initiatives in environmental permitting for the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division since 2016. As a supervisor of the Title V unit, he has been heavily involved in new Colorado air permitting policy development, and permit engineering implementation during a time of intense public interest in the subject.
