With over 12 years of experience in air quality consulting, Mr. Qi Zhang has worked with clients in the upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, refineries and chemical plants, surface coating facilities, power plants, manufacturing plants, mines and quarries, etc. He is specialized in air dispersion and photochemical modeling, air quality permitting, and compliance. Mr. Zhang’s expertise also includes stack testing, ambient air quality monitoring, noise monitoring and modeling. Mr. Zhang has published peer-viewed papers and made public presentations at international and local conferences.
