John Kinsman is Senior Director, Environment at the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), where he works on policy, regulatory and legislative aspects of Clean Air Act-related issues. Mr. Kinsman recently served as a Vice President on the A&WMA Board of Directors, also leading the Finance Committee. He chairs the Publications Committee and has chaired the A&WMA journal EM’s Editorial Advisory Committee, while organizing numerous topical issues of the journal. He is serving as an officer on the Environmental Justice ITF and on Technical Council. Mr. Kinsman holds degrees in environmental science from the University of Virginia and George Mason University.
