Chris Whitehead, QEP, CESM is the Air Practice Leader for Enviro-Sciences (ESI) based out of southern New Jersey. Mr. Whitehead has nearly 16 years of consulting experience and specializes in air compliance, air permitting, environmental justice, sustainability program management, offshore wind project planning, and environmental impacts analysis. He has an M.S. in Environmental Management and Policy from American Public University and a Certificate in Sustainability Program Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been published numerous times and recently completed a collaboration with the EPA on climate change impacts in EJ areas.
